The jury is still out on the merger. In any case, it can't be a total disaster as DEC's balance sheet is strong and it is indeed a very profitable company....CPA got it at about 25 times 1998 estimated earnings. Not bad at all...A real steal! When the cash comes in from the Intel Alpha sale this deal will look even better!!!!!!!!
