If you can’t even get to talk to anyone, you may want to rethink your current arrangement. Better to give it some thought when everything is well, not when you have a problem. Primary care in the US leaves to be desired - but sending off a patient to the FAQ page is a bit much... even for today's sh*tty state of affairs.
