Roger, I wanted to bring to your attention that Dreyfus/Mellon Bank announced on January 15th that they have increased their stake in Bentley to 11.16%. I also found it noteworthy that Michael McGovern, Bentley's newest board member, has purchased another 25,000 shares bringing his holdings to 602,000 shares.
