Thanks for the input.... it is always good to get an opinion from the other side of the coin... you seem to have some VERY STRONG opinions on IDTI and the other the US RAMERS as I call them... I guess one question to you is: if you are so SURE that they are all going out of business, have you shorted all these stocks or any of them? It sounds like you have no doubt about these companies going bankrupt. I hope you are putting your money where your mouth is.

Sure IDTI is having short term problems, and it has paid for it like the other RAMERS..but this is not a good reason to start predicting that it will be down to zero in one or two years strictly because the Japanese are coming. This company is too much into R&D to let this happen. Note that in their announcement the past week, they indicated that part of the reason for the predicted lower earnings (which by the way are not significantly lower than originally estimated by analysts) is increased investment in R&D. So I feel that they are fully aware of the continued price pressure on SRAMS and that they are working on reducing their dependency on this part of their product mix.

I hope that you will be around in the summer so that we can reassess the situation.... I are confident that that IDTI will be significantly higher than $11.25 (current price) in the summer.
