I've lost my mind or the world is nuts. I mean, I ate lunch yesterday with a friend. CANNOT enter the establishment without a mask. But as soon as you sit down and order and they bring you your drinks, you can take off the mask. Never have to put it on again, not going to the bathroom, visiting someone at another table, paying your bill and leave........someone please explain that one. And today on the Arkansas governor's exemption list, at the very top #1 is anyone ten years old or younger is exempt. Bizarre....
