538 says it's an outliner (for now) until other polls confirm. I agree. Quinnipiac is an A rated poll but even they have outliners. Biden's average at RCP is below 50% which needs to improve. Republican leaning polls pull his numbers down even though they're poorly rated polls.

The Hill has Biden at 43% and it's an outliner also.
