Probably a good move to buy them back now. I have enough IBM, until they can demonstrate that Red Hart works and they begin to turn around the business. Hard to tell how the Q will turn out for them. Tech has done very well in the "crisis: because many companies beefed up ability to work remotely. For me now it is a minor position and will likely remain that for the foreseeable future.
