Hi, Shirley. Reading your post make feel as if you were somehow able to read my mind. When last I spoke with Jerry (last week), to say that I expressed some displeasure, would be putting it mildly. I have reiterated the point in two separate phone conversations with John Schoalcraft this week already.

Like you, I would urge all shareholders to express their disapproval of this impending sale directly, by telephone, as well as through e-mail messages.

If this Korean group is willing to consider paying such an "unusually large sum", fine. Then negotiate a JV where Pacific Rim maintains no less than a 50% direct interest in La Colorada.

If this outside group is so eager to purchase La Colorada, then there should be no problem for an experienced negotiating team to procure sufficient funds to undertake an exploration program without having to negotiate a private placement.

I was recently informed that the scheduling of the stockholder meeting was to be at 3:00 P.M. on a Friday. If this is true, as I have every reason to believe it is, then it is but another decision on the part of Mr. Phillips that I take extreme exception to.

Thank you so much for your post. I can only urge our fellow shareholders to vigorously make their positions known to the entire management team at PFG.V.

Rest assured that PFG will be hearing from me again tomorrow. I can only hope that mine is one of many similar strong protests.
