I see a lot of Remedy-bashing going on, but the fact remains that they are a market leader, with an exceptional executive team, and have retained an attractive cash flow with a margin of profit at %20+.

However, after listening to the conference call, I am even more unclear on the determining factor for the Q4 disappointing earnings. I fail to understand how a whole sales force can collapse because of the departure of a few senior sales individuals...

Can anyone shed some light on this?
