There's an interesting mix of similar bungalow homes in Devonport, across the bay from Auckland, although most are probably a little earlier so Victoria. I'm not sure what you call the style there. Just a few are probably older still having the wrought iron filigree often seen on earlier terrace homes and Queenslanders in Australia, the iron pieces being brought over from the UK as ballast. 14 Tainui, Devonport More of a Federation at 3 Oxford Terrace
