When I spoke to Ira a few days ago he said that the same company was auditing Myriad and Firamada. They needed the audits to be done before they settled on a price. Since the price has been settled we can assume that the audits are done. He also said that the IRS was forcing a ownership change by holding the previous owners personally responsible for the taxes and penalties owed. There was a tight time constraint on the ownership change and payment of the tax obligation. Apparently this is the reason for the favorable terms.
