Sdgla, Feel free to provide factual data that shows doing so stops a virus. Like I said before, COVID-19 is a game of numbers. Obviously the mask by itself won't stop the virus, but a combination of mask-wearing and social distancing will help lower the chances of transmission. Hint ... it the equivalent of attempting to stop mosquitoes with a chain link fence. That's a false analogy. A better one would be stopping different-sized balls, from ping-pong to tennis, with a chain-link fence. Some will get through, but enough will be blocked to lower the risk of transmission. RE Trump.. feel free to list what you believe he should’ve done that he did not. For starters: - Stop undermining Dr. Fauci. - Be more stringent about wearing masks in public. - Stop with this "China virus" bullshit. China is now virtually coronavirus-free. America isn't. - Put up at least an appearance that he's serious about overcoming the pandemic. - Help come up with national standards for closing and reopening (while still leaving it to each state to make ground-level decisions).
