My reference to management changes at CrossComm was intended as a general comment. It is difficult for struggling high tech companies to maintain staffing in key positions; thus the foundation for my comment. In respect to my former colleagues I will not pass judgment on CrossComm management. I will say that over the past six years I was privileged to work with people who I consider to be some the finest people. They were intelligent, loyal and regularly displayed a commitment to their company and colleagues that was unquestioned.
