On the daily chart it definitely looks like a breakout but looking at the weekly chart there’s a good bit of horizontal resistance at 32 and you have the 200 weekly MA at 31.9 presently. On a five-year basis post Covid the whole Asia region including India will likely outperform the US so I agree with you on a longer-term basis.
