JeffG: Does anyone know what the cert count is? Last I heard back in December they only needed 25000 or so more. By now I'm sure they've got every last real cert called and there are 500,000 or so that can't be delivered and will have to be purchased in the open market. If they ever open... If they open on the pink sheets, is it still the same deal, i.e. MM's have to buy shares with certs behind them on the open market? KMT
