If what Dow Jones says is right : "the agreement will intensify its focus on its core Flash business while allowing it to realize a return on the effective disposition of its non-Flash business." then the news is pretty positive with no charge on the P&L in sight (at least for the future, i.e. the 1st Q 98), conversely an income could be recognised in the 1stQ 98. I hope this is right.
