Have you heard that CMHC is researching a home equity tax?
Blacklocks reported that the research is being conducted by the University of British Columbia's school of population. The same school that produced a report last year calling homeowners "lottery winners" and their principal residences "tax shelters".

Yet when the CRA informed the federal government that approx 1.000,000 CERB claims were likely / very likely fraudulent, the Liberal government told them not to worry about it, just send out the cheques.
