As Carol has responded and most have forgotten, this acquisition was made possible because of Myriad running afoul of some Taxing authority. That's why it may seem "too good to be true".

Your previous post contains an example of the "mis-statements" that I was alluding to when you say it is EXTREMELY unusual for a CEO to
suggest quadrupling earnings. Ira didn't suggest that - he only put it out as a goal. Nothing wrong about having aggressive goals IMO.

Be careful out there.
