If I was his manager, he sure as hell wouldn’t have any dead time between compiles. He would have some kind productive tasks assigned to fill that dead time.
I've been doing my job for 22 years. I've worked for prominent companies and have a very long and successful record of hardware design simulation and verification. I helped Intel turn Xeon from a niche product into the de facto standard for the data center. I've since left Intel, but I'm still working to make a big splash once again in the data center.

Throughout my entire career, I've been able to post on these forums. And many many times, I've seen people who can't argue against what I say attack me for posting during work hours.

If you think that line of attack is going to work, think again.
