Anybody who would vote for Alzheimer’s Joe over the great Donald probably has Alzheimer’s too.
No one is voting FOR Joe "You're full of shit" Biden himself. He's a figurehead, and even his supporters know it, though they will never admit it.

Instead, they're voting against Trump. And like Sly admitted, they would vote for a vegetable or a rock before they would ever vote for Trump. It's the very definition of a "yellow dog Democrat."

By the way, Biden's dementia might work in his favor. The more vague he is, the more the Democrats and his supporters in the media can portray him as a "fill in the blank" candidate.

Because if he actually ran on his 36 year record as senator and his 8 year record as vice president, he would lose. And if he actually voiced any support for the extreme left-wing positions that his primary opponents like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren supported, he would lose.
