Rick.. off topic, any inventive hungry programers out there?

A question__ if the voltage of the board is more than the new chip then there's a problem, if less than the chip then no problem. Is that fair assumption, or will lower voltage damage something.

Next question, or rather a statement, for anyone wanting a good software/hardware idea .. If someone could come up with a Dos version of Netscape, even a 286 would be sufficient I believe and they could do quite well selling the program to create a dedicated internet machine. All you'd need is Dos, a good word and image editor that can export to other file formats as needed, a good modem port and some way to lower the resolution to older crt formats. There's not a huge proccessing demand to be on the net.. and there are a huge number of idle 286, 386 and 486 machines gathering dust.
