Have you every even slightly considered that this is/might be a fakenews smear against Trump and his supporters
All the time.

The problem is that Trump himself seems very reluctant to acknowledge the seriousness of the pandemic, nor is he even willing to accept the statistics on how many people are dying in America every day due to COVID-19.

Even on the FOXNews interview he had with Chris Wallace ( link to transcript), Trump was in complete denial over the data.

He's also repeating the falsehood that we have a huge number of new cases every day just because we test more. The UK and Spain, for example, have done far more testing per capita than we have, yet the total number of cases we have per capita is much higher than theirs.

His whole tone reflects that of a man who can't accept the truth. He regularly misrepresents what his own health experts say, including Dr. Fauci, just to claim that they're wrong and he's right. He even blames them for claiming that the pandemic should recede during the summer.

And this was on FOXNews, not CNN or MSNPC.
