I was involved in a couple of enterprise wide programs and I suspect that the scale of the virus situation would have required complete shutdown as they required considerable input from across the corporation. I doubt that we would have had focus to complete concurrently. Considering the scope and scale as well as who is implicated probably means that some could go on uninterrupted. Would also hazard that some projects . engagements were necessitated by the situation such as broadening remote access capability / beefing system security etc. Probably some variance by industry as well. I have no doubt some of the big consulting firms tried to build a best practices unit to address various shortfalls encountered by companies. Just navigating the morass caused by federal. state and municipal regulations would cause massive ongoing challenges especially for firms with nationwide (and larger) foot prints.
