Bill, I need some help with #5. For instance I can go make sildenafil and a half a dozen thousand other drugs pretty easily and I'm just ANY old chemist. Some of these seem pretty obvious to me.

You can go make a chip clip, a fish filet device and about a half a zillion seemingly obvious devices.

Are you implying that their formulation is obvious or that it had been in use before?

Has anyone who has read the patent application claims know of similar type patents that have been granted?
