The way the stock traded today says to me that the market believes the worst is behind Nscp! I was suprised how quickly it snapped back! If Asia, Clinton, Sadam H., all stay at bay tommarow, I think shorts will cover and the uptrend will continue. Certainly Nscp is not out of the woods, but they have a workable plan. Steve D.
