Mike,
""""does that mean you don't think it has considerable downside left?"""

I think they probably won't survive. They need money to continue in operation, they closed 70 stores last year and will close the rest this year. They are bleeding money and are predicting two years of big losses before a turnaround. Depending on the internet for a turnaround is risky. The internet is like a dogs life, seven years to one so who knows where we will be in two years. Retail stocks are typically big fund stocks and more than half of the EGGS are in that basket. I don't think they will hold their positions for two years of major losses waiting to see if the EGGS are scrambled or sunny side up.
EGGS isn't a value added seller rather a reseller so anyone can do what they are doing and a new company wouldn't be saddled with the huge debt EGGS will have from the closed retail stores.
It doesn't look good for EGGS
