Bob, I don't have enough knowledge to comment intelligently on the chip market. I think that Softbank wants to shore up its balance sheet and the sale in an attempt to take advantage of the recent run up in chip stocks. NVDA is virtually unchanged this morning. The fact that the NVDA shareholders are not up in arms about the potential deal is a good sign that it may get done. Regards.,, Glenn
