Started very small position in INTC @ $52/share PE now 10.7x but company needs 6 months to integrate new manufacturing tools for next generation chips. Plan is to out source manufacturing to Taiwan Semiconductor. Transition will impact margins until manufacturing brought in-house.

ratios below do not reflect today's 15% sell off

My small Buy is a tracking position and will add every 5% lower. $44/share may/could be the target price as that would reflect a 3% dividend. I find that when I make tracking position, I pay attention to the company and current events.

The fix is easy but may not take 6 months but 18-24 months. The outsource option may also be a good future move for all new 2nd generation pre-scale manufacturing. Work all the bugs out before they scale up their fabs.

Many of the reports I listened to today have already written off INTC. I do expect more selling but continue to see 'Value' developing.

FWIW, Still think IBM has a good story too if they sell back down to $105/share
