1). You asked when the 8-K would appear on Edgar?
I can only guess but from what Jack indicated to me was that he was in the process of electronically submitting and processing the 8-K ( at least thats my understanding!). I think he mentioned the fact that it was previously submitted via other than electronic means, but apparently had to also submit through the process electronically! maybe this is still what is required to get it on Edgar? ( Only a guess on my part!)--But! I will follow up with Jack on my next contact with him.
2). At this point in time it is only my guess that there will be a share reorganization of some kind! In my opinion, Jack indicated there was a strong possability that some sort of share reorganization would be required!------As I feel that there could very well be some conserted efforts to get CVIA/WOTD off the OTC-B.B., I really can't imagine to many options or alternatives available without at least addressing some sort of share reorganization!
If and when it does happen, it may very well take place the same time as the new company name is officially introduced! But! At this point in time it is only speculation and guess work on my part!
But! I will follow up with Jack on my next communication with him.

On another point regarding CVIA/WOTD!
Jack did mention that there were some very relevent postings recently by CVIA Thread participants!
Now I want to make sure that no one takes this other then with the intent it is given! Simply a noted observation, that I took from my discussion with Jack! And that is , I felt that Jack was quite intrigued/impressed with a recent CVIA Posting submitted by Brad. It was CVIA posting # 1701. ( please note that Jack did not agree nor disagree with the posting, he just found it interesting and thought provoking!)-------Nicely done Brad! Keep Them Comming!!!

Interesting! I can't even buy a "chunk" of "Bubble Gum" for less than two cents!---But! I can buy a share of CVIA!!!--In my opinion we live in some very interesting times!!!!!!
My opinion is that "PATIENCE" in this CVIA/WOTD Saga, could potentially prove to have a somewhat happy ending???
I imagine that it's all relevant! I was recently disappointed that I had paid up to .052 cents per share for CVIA! I was also wondering what the CVIA Shareholders are thinking that paid .70 cents or higher at one point in time??? ( A time to reflect? Maybe?)--But! The only thing that I know for sure is that I have to remain motivated to conduct my responsabilities as CVIA Thread Spokesperson! And quite frankly! Yes! I'm motivated.---WHY??? Am I motivated?? Because Jack Arnold was there ( as promised to take my telephone call this morning)---I know that he is only one spoke in the wheel for a hopefully successful future for CVIA/WOTD and it's shareholders!
But! Over time, Jack Arnold has earned a lot of respect in my eyes!
By the way! I sensed from my discussion with Jack, that CVIA or it's new name???? WOTD?????----will have quite a change in scenery as far as it's Corporate Head office is located! Seattle??? Just my own guess!
