MSFT and monopoly

When a company uses its monopoly on one product, an operating system, to drive the innovator of another product, Netscape and browsers, out of the business, and EE thinks that's really good, then something is really wrong with the computer industry.

What is the point of "getting back to writing code" if you can never make any money selling the resulting product? If MSFT says to CPQ that if you take NSCP's "code" and not ours, we will not sell you an OS to sell with your computer, you think that is good for the country? Do you think anybody can compete with MSFT in this kind of environment?

They just threatened to cut off support to NT customers that bought NDS on NT from NOVL. That's a fair business practice?
