Thanks for the info. I had already found Tick Data's web page but the phone numbers listed there are not in service nor have they answered my email. They seem to have reasonable prices. NYSE only seems to sell all issues on a cd at prohibitive prices.

If you or anyone else has other leads about where to find intraday historical data on SPY or S&P 500, please post it.
