Pieces of the puzzle!!
One thing that I feel is that many of the DCTC/FTEL invetors here have begun to overlook is that these two companies are growing by leaps and bounds right before our eyes. Yes, the meeting in Dayton didn't give these two the POP we thought it might. Yes, they didn't go up much either when dramatically increased earning were reported or when certain acquisitions were made. And finally, yes they haven't moved really since the July agreement with WCOMm was announced. But if you stop and look back what has happened since then, it is rather astonishing.
Last year, DCI's revenue was under 1M, but with the recent acquisitions and earning growth, revenues have increased many times over. Not bad for a small company in a six to nine month period. FTEL, the exact same. At this time they can't even keep up with production as fast as orders are coming in. Pretty good for a company that has reported losses for the past few years. Look, and I didn't even have to bring in FNET into this.***I say this because I would be lying to you all if I didn't say FNET was the primary reason I invested in these two in the first place.***
I don't know what kind of companies you guys are used to investing in, but please show me others companies that are growing this fast. I sure there probably are many others, but do they have an FNET that they are awaiting to unleash to the rest of the world. I guess all I am saying is that Rome wasn't built in a day, and great companies don't become great overnight. Many of US have to quit EXPECTING one event to take these stocks to unheard of levels and begin looking at all of these small events/contract/acquisitions as a whole that will take us to the unheard of levels over a period of time.
Fluctuations in the stock price is just how these micro-caps work. Nothing has changed and we are on the same course that we were on two months ago. If you have the time and the resouces to do so, check out the historical prices of BTIM since Jan 1995. I believe that FTEL/DCTC have and will follow a similar pattern in price appreciation that this one did. The sky is the limit on these two.
Sorry about the babling and this is just one man's opinion. |
