Avalon Ventures Ltd - Private Placement 666,667 special warrants at $1.50 Avalon Ventures Ltd AVL Shares issued 16,615,897 Jan 27 close $1.60 Wed 28 Jan 98 Private Placement The VSE has accepted for filing a brokered private placement of 666,667 special warrants at $1.50. Each special warrant is exchangeable for one flow through share without payment of any additional consideration. There are no penalty provisions attached to the special warrants.
