Thanks for that. That is why I posted it. Hoping others will be helped When I first started jogging almost 60 years ago, I was about the only one, now everyone knows the importance of exercise. The next two things they need to learn is that study, education, works just like exercise for the brain and makes it much smarter.. The Flynn effect says one can increase their IQ by 60 points by education. And in the future many people will fast as a way of life for good health, IMO. Glad to see you doing well LC. We have known each other for a long time.
