If MSFT says to CPQ that if you take NSCP's "code" and not ours, we will not sell you an OS to sell with your computer, you think that is good for the country?

Actually MSFT said that they had to include IE. Compaq et al were perfectly free to also include Netscape.

They just threatened to cut off support to NT customers that bought NDS on NT from NOVL. That's a fair business practice?

Where did you hear this? With an anti-trust investigation in progress this would be very surprising. Unless, of course, MSFT is just saying that they can't support a competitors program or help you figure out why it's crashing your system.
