D dropped about 10% when they announced sale of pipeline business a couple of weeks ago. Sold Sept 82.5 covered calls for 1.20. Should more than cover divi reduction likely after sale of part of the business.
This idea hasn't aged well, D up to 82 today. No reason to act yet, but need to watch closer than I expected when I wrote it.
