John, very interesting post. What really got me thinking was the following passage:

I won't assume they were doing such a thing. I will assume, since they were supposedly making $1.8 million per year and got into deep tax trouble anyway, that Myriad management did a bad job managing the company.

Yet another question for Ira: Are these same managers going to keep running the Myriad division? If not, do you have anyone with experience in this type of business to run it?
