Hi John,

We are on a neutral year. No El Nino. No la Nina.
From 2020 neutral we may move to a La Nina year´
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a “La Nina” watch. NOAA’s climatologists say there’s a 50 to 55% chance of a La Nina in the fall or winter, opening the door for a drier than average rainfall season.

Being out of shape is risky when things turn extreme.

People built for an environment and living in another become unhealthy.
People most unhealthy are in the oil rich Arab countries. They were built for the heat and for a diet based on the food they'd get in their geographies. Vegetables, bread, milk and a little meat from goats and sheep

With oil money, they moved into Air Conditioning, and eating western diets, they balooned.

In the Moslem countries women, being covered head to toe, do not take care of their bodies like our western ladies do
Western ladies shows the lard if they get fat.
Moslem women disguise the mass under the wraps.

My friend, a slim Iranian girl, photo below living in Australia, used to say: If they take these clothes off you will see how fat they are.
