What has rog been doing while you were at work ???????????? Nothing from the company may mean rog is throwing a fit or they are trying to oust him .
submit some of my correspondence with Roger as well. While it may cause some short term pain, it is probably the only way to affect real change in TLT management. here are multiple areas where it appears he violated the osc settlement agreement and other suites laws. I won't get into. It too deep, but part of the osc settlement was that roger forfeit 4 million options he have himself for "future services" , which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of giving yourself compensation for work you haven't done and who knows if he would ever deserve them, in the Agreement, roger/BOD agreed not to effect a transaction to replace those warrants... as you know, just last year roger got 2.5 million options and his wife got 1.5 million. Coincidentally that is 4 million options @ half the price of the ones he had to cancel. Roger's options were more that twice what both Leo's received combined. Wife received more than either CEO as well. This is right after roger admitting he overstated financial projections for the past 11 years, his wife, Kristina as CFO who overseed the financial aspects of the Company obviously allowed this to happen. The BOD who approved the 4 million options to roger and wife also have some exposure as they are going to have a hard time explaining to the OSC why the "business development director" is receiving a disproportionate amount of compensation. Tlt is in ph1 and 2 trails, what "business" is there really for him to develop. There are some other smaller things, but Roger also sent multiple emails to myself, the person filing the Complaint and others saying things like: "I have news coming out next Monday, let's see where the share price is after that and talk then'. Several examples of this which is considered " tipping" among other things and a pretty serious violation of securities law. Roger didn't have this allegation in the initial osc charge, so this will b a new violation. Anyway, if the science works and the results are good, it should offset any osc investigation and hopefully get those greedy, self serving ppl out of the Company...
