I'm there absolutely are, you just tell them what you need. In fact, I bet Best Buy's Geek Squad would do it.

Tell them you want a mesh setup in your home and to have it fully tested everywhere you want to receive a strong signal.

You can even do so yourself if you have a laptop or smartphone. There are apps that test signal strength to a device and can give you a graph of the signal over time.

I recommend using a laptop for the purpose as they have better WiFi chips in them and the apps for signal testing are very sophisticated.
