We might have some earnings coming out shortly. Year end is December 31st, but these numbers encompass the final quarter, which is the beginning of the slow season. I am holding a couple thousand shares on spec. of a takeover. I can't help but think one of the big boys would like to buy these neat little properties for themselves. Somebody knows something and is buying. Hope the ride carries on for awhile. Good luck, Tim
