After the Nokia signing last week and the Nortel signing today you can bet the people who lowered their ratings on this stock will be upgrading it again. They probably sold in te 16-17 region and now will be picking it up again in the 13-14 region. Not bad if you know when the upgrades and downgrades are coming then trading is easy. .
