Yea Baltimore is a mess. The Gov did not do the city a favor when he cancelled the light rail and spent the state portion on rural white regions. Minnesota avoids that with the Metropolitan Council. But things are not rosy in Red Trump white Appalachia, with run down towns, rusted vehicles parked in front yards to dilapidated homes and meth heads clogging up county jails.
