I think one solution would be to refrain from taking the double blind path, using placebo - and simply use as controls those patients who refuse HCQ. With enough numbers, the results would be plenty significant.

Already got lots of those kind of numbers ie: Raoult's Marseilles clinic vs the rest of France that didn't use HCQ; That monster Brazil hospital co that has the enormous old folks' home in Sao Paulo vs the rest of the country that didn't use HCQ; Got lots of numbers like that in India, also; Ford clinic ran a test that was placebo DBT, didn't it; HCQ is part of New Brunswick's covid protocol (only Canadian province that has it).

Run the numbers of the countries that run HCQ protocol against those that don't. Goodness, somebody already has haven't they?

The powers-that-be in the drug co/health"care" universe see in Covid a chance to get stinking rich. Except for two things: HCQ and Ivermectin. Every 3rd world tropical country knows all about these off patent cheaper than dirt drugs they've been using for over fifty years. They can't stop these countries from using the two drugs because they are the go to drugs of first resort.

But they are quite willing to murder hundreds of thousands of people in dishonest trials if it makes the OECD countries use on patent medicines and vaccines instead of HCQ and Ivermectin.
