The differences between HCQ / Zithromax and Ivermectin / Doxycycline were not statistically significant. Basically, these differences are not something to rely on. Could be noise.

For prophylaxis, it seems that HCQ is better - due to a much longer half life, which is about a month, could be longer. For ivermectin, it’s measured in hours.

Could turn out that HCQ is better for prophylaxis - but ivermectin - for treatment, for those who would still get infected. (Which, btw, would suggest a failure of HCQ to prevent the disease in the first place - yet another reason to consider Ivermectin). On the down side, there is a lot more data on HCQ.

Fauci... couldn’t recruit more than 20 patients in the midst of a pandemic?? Out of millions of infected people? Probably didn’t try hard enough. Didiert and Zelenko had no problems finding patients.
