Aloha Elroy, Stay put until the 16th so you don't get/give Covid or get arrested for breaking quarantine. There are very few active cases of Covid on the islands with the biggest concentration on Oahu with somewhere around 100 new as of yesterday. Since the onset we've had only 2242 cases total state wide which I believe is one of the lowest numbers in the entire country. Also because Oahu is the most concentrated and populous islands in the state it is also where the most cases have been reported. Of any place in the US I'd want to be right now Hawaii is my number 1 choice. Stay safe and healthy and welcome home!
