Most smaller mostly white counties four season climates very low COVID death rates so far.. Is even lower where the well to do live and play like a Martha's Vineyard or Jackson Hole. Check entire state of Vermont outside of Burlington area only 18 deaths out of half a million people. Areas like Saratoga Springs or Traverse City MI also quite low but bigger population more working class mix. One huge exception I found so far was Larry Bird's hometown through the roof..LOL am sure there are a few more exceptions.. Kind of amazing cause people in smaller towns tend to not lead as healthy a lifestyle so I thought lower immune system..
