Original non-binding deal (June 2019) was total cash of $300k plus 2 million shares ($10k cash already received). New deal is for La Gitana and Pena Blanco - total consideration is $25k plus 1 million shares and a 1.5% NSR payable to Gunpoint on the Pena Blanca property. Gunpoint NOT Halted. So CKG news release is likely related to Metates. My guess is that initial metallurgy results are promising.
