Hi Linda,

Yes, in 1996 they announced a stock buy back program. Definitely think this would be a brilliant thing to announce soon.

I remember that one and another in '97 as well for a total of two buy backs announced so far. These did very, very little in terms of helping the stock price. However, I believe a stock buyback at these levels with the available cash they have could have an impact on the stock price. Wouldn't mind seeing them pump about ~$15Mil of their cash into the stock.
