And we are getting better as humans. More compassionate and that is the key.

I am lucky to live in a neighborhood where a large portion of the people have signs in their front yard that say:" choose kindness" and "Black lives matter" and "we welcome all people".

I have one in my front yard.

The world is getting better, it is just hard to see that sometimes.
